Return & Refund Policy

At Clutterix, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to ensure a smooth experience for every customer.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We currently only offer refunds in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

A product is considered eligible if:

  • It arrives damaged upon delivery, or

  • It becomes defective within 14 days of delivery under normal use, or

  • You receive the wrong item compared to your order confirmation

All cases must be supported with valid proof as outlined below.


2. Non-Eligible Cases (No Returns / No Refunds)

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Incorrect sizing or fit (e.g., under-sink organizer does not fit your space)

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Improper installation or misuse

  • Normal wear and tear

We strongly recommend reviewing product dimensions and measurement instructions before purchasing.


3. Proof Requirement

To request a refund, customers must provide:

  • Clear photo(s) or video showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item

  • Order number

Clutterix reserves the right to request additional evidence where necessary to verify the claim.

4. Timeframe to Report Issues

  • Damaged on arrival → must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Defects during use → must be reported within 14 days of delivery


5. Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed:

  • If approved, a full or partial refund may be issued to the original payment method depending on the nature of the issue

  • Refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Clutterix based on the evidence provided

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days depending on your bank

Clutterix is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment providers, or processing institutions once the refund has been issued.


6. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the stated processing time:

  • Please first check your bank account or payment method again

  • Then contact your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary

8. Review & Approval Discretion

All refund requests are subject to review and approval by Clutterix.

We reserve the right to request additional information, including but not limited to photos, videos, or further details regarding the issue, before making a final decision.

Clutterix reserves the right to deny any request that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy or where sufficient evidence is not provided.

Any attempt to misuse this policy, including fraudulent claims or abuse of the refund process, may result in denial of the request.


9. Warranty Clarification

We do not offer extended warranties beyond the stated refund period.

Any issues reported after the 14-day eligibility window will not be eligible for a refund unless otherwise determined at our discretion.
