Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

While we aim to meet these estimates, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control, including carrier delays, weather, or operational constraints.


3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only.


4. Shipping Costs

We may offer promotional free shipping on qualifying orders from time to time.

Clutterix is not responsible for delays or issues resulting from missed deliveries or failure to monitor tracking updates.


6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

We will assist in working with the shipping carrier to investigate and locate your package.

Clutterix is not responsible for carrier-related delays once the order has been shipped.

All resolutions, including reshipments or refunds, are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.


7. Delivered but Not Received

If tracking information shows that your package has been marked as delivered, Clutterix considers the order fulfilled and is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

We recommend checking with neighbors, building management, or your local carrier if you are unable to locate your package after delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location.


8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Clutterix is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided or incomplete addresses.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately. We may be able to update the address if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.


9. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
